A one-off non-accountable subsidy of $30,000 per vehicle/vessel to operators or owners of franchised bus, tram,
ferry, local non-franchised bus, taxi, green minibus (GMB), red minibus (RMB), school private light bus and local hire car
向石油氣的士及公共小巴提供每公升 2 元的液化石油氣折扣或發還四成的相關汽油或柴油支出，為期 5 個月，視乎油公司系統的準備工作而盡快開始
Offer a $2 discount per litre of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (i.e. about 40% discount for five months for LPG taxis and PLBs, and reimburse 40% of the actual fuel cost for five months for petrol taxis and diesel PLBs as soon as possible, subject to the oil companies’ system readiness
